It works independently — no base stations or software required. An indoor positioning equipment uses wearable terminals and base stations to show live location on a map, plus SOS alerts and track playback. PASS devices are standard equipment for professional firefighters worldwide and have been used in countless structural fire incidents. Indoor positioning, thermal alarm and telemetry equipment are used by progressive fire departments and industrial safety teams for enhanced situational awareness. Our equipment is designed and tested to relevant international standards. We can provide reference lists and case studies on request (subject to customer confidentiality agreements). We recommend thorough testing and training before deploying any electronic safety equipment in live operations.

Positioning and telemetry data (firefighter location, vital signs, SCBA pressure) is stored locally on the command PC/server within your organization. Device data displays on the included console within your facility. Data access is controlled by user accounts and permissions on the standard console. Historical data can be exported for post-incident review or deleted as per your organization's data retention policy. Standard PASS devices and escape rope kits: 7–15 working days from order confirmation. Indoor positioning equipment (standard configuration): 15–25 working days (includes base station configuration and software setup). Thermal and telemetry equipment: 15–25 working days. equipment configuration (multiple electronic systems on one platform): 25–40 working days (includes software Pairing and testing). Custom options (LOGO, colors, software customization, special certifications): add 5–15 working days depending on scope. Large orders (500+ units) may require additional production time — confirmed at quotation. All lead times subject to final confirmation and current production schedule.
Base station setup: we provide user manuals and configuration guidance. For large or complex installations, remote setup guidance supervision can be arranged (travel and accommodation costs apply). Equipment commissioning and testing: remote support via video call is standard; remote commissioning support available for large projects. Training: video tutorials and manuals included; on-site training can be arranged for large orders (cost depends on location and duration). After-sales support: email and WhatsApp support during business hours; remote desktop assistance for software issues; repair service for hardware. All support options confirmed at quotation stage.

Payment Terms: T/T 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. Custom configurations may require 50% deposit. All prices quoted FOB China port.
